Academic Coach Advice for myself
For myself I’ve spent 5 min documenting our Meeting Notes, see below:
- spend as few spoons as possible, prioritize yourself
- having a hard task? try 10–15 min intervals (self accommodate)
Disability Justice Learning
- self-care can be like washing dishes
- doing boring tasks to live a much more fulfilling and enriching life
- small goals will be helpful
Understanding my circumstances:
- grief is showing up in different ways, and your mindset might change. Give myself some grace and time to notice these feelings arising
Spoon Theory
- spending too much spoons that aren’t necessary will result in poor quality experiences
- be intensional with my spoons
